Have you seen the words, "No Colors Allowed," on an ABATE event flyer?

We have received multiple reports that ABATE of Oregon flyers modified with the words "No Colors Allowed" have been posted to non-ABATE event websites.  These flyers have not been authorized by ABATE of Oregon, Inc.  ABATE of Oregon, Inc. does not now, has not in the past, and will never support this position at any ABATE event, nor will we support or promote any organization or event which does.  ABATE of Oregon exists to promote the rights and interests of all motorcyclists, both patch holders and independents alike.

All ABATE event flyers and other promotional materials are the property of ABATE of Oregon, Inc. and may not be modified except by the responsible elected chapter and state officers, subject to the approval of the state sanctioning officer.  Modifying our materials in this way can only be interpreted as an attempt to sow dissent among those who must stand together in order to protect all our rights.  This will not be tolerated.

If you manage an event web site that has posted one of these counterfeit flyers, please remove it immediately.  If you have seen one of these flyers posted or have information about the individual or individuals responsible, please email the information to our state coordinator, Ted Tracy, at coordinator@abateoforegon.net.
